INGREDIENTS
2 cups hot milk
3 eggs beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 Tablespoons Grand Marnier (optional)
1 cup fresh blueberries.

DIRECTIONS
Mix together everything except milk and berries.
Slowly beat in milk, then stir in blueberries.
Bake in buttered casserole placed in a water bath at
350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a silver knife
tests clean. Serve the day it is made—warm or cold.
