INGREDIENTS
1 cup tomatillo, diced
1 cup cucumber, diced
1 cup jicama, diced
1 cup avocado, diced
1/2 cup green onion, finely sliced
2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1 Tablespoon cilantro, chopped (optional)
1/2 teaspoon each sugar and salt
DIRECTIONS
In a large non-metallic bowl, combine all ingredients
and mix well. Refrigerate leftovers. The
avocado will discolor but is safe to eat.
