INGREDIENTS
20 yardlong beans (12-14 inches long)
3 green onions
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
salt and freshly ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
Cut beans and green onions on the diagonal
into 2 inch pieces. Place in a skillet over
medium heat.
Cook until beans begin to get
tender, stirring often.
Stir in olive oil and continue to cook
until beans reach desired doneness.
Remove
from heat before adding sesame oil and sesame
seeds. Taste for seasoning.
Serve hot, warm or at room temperature.
Refrigerate covered leftovers.
