3-4 globe radishes per person
a drizzle of olive oil
salt and freshly ground pepper (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Trim leaves and root from each radish.
Wash well to remove sand and grit. Dry well.
Place in roasting pan, drizzle with oil and toss to
coat. Season if desired.
Bake 15-20 minutes until radishes are
crisp tender and lightly browned.
Serve hot or
at room temperature.
