INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup lemon juice (try Meyer lemons)
1/2 c sugar
1 thinly sliced lemon
8 cups (64 ounces) cold water

In a large drink container mix together juice,
sugar and slices. Using a wooden spoon,
pound mixture together until sugar is dissolved.
Mix in cold water and taste for
sweetness. Serve over ice or refrigerate.
Tastes terrific mixed with tea!
