INGREDIENTS
1 large carrot per person, washed, sliced and steamed
2 Tablespoons each of orange juice and honey per carrot
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon per carrot

DIRECTIONS
Combine orange juice and honey in a deep saucepan,
bring to a boil and cook over medium- high heat until thickened.
Add carrots and cinnamon, stir gently and simmer 5-10 minutes.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
