2 zucchini, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1/2 cup sour orange juice
1 navel orange, peeled, seeded and chopped
4 cups no-chicken or veggie broth
1 Tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
1 Tablespoon sesame oil

Combine zucchini, onion, carrots, juice, chopped orange and broth in a large lidded saucepan.
Bring to a boil, cover and simmer until veggies are completely tender.
Remove from heat and allow to cool 30 minutes.
When cooled, puree soup in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Return soup to saucepan and add tamari and pepper flakes.
Return to boil, reduce heat,cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Taste for seasoning. Stir in sesame oil and serve immediately.
Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
