INGREDIENTS
1 pound shrimp, peeled
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 batch Datil Butter
1 lime, cut into wedges
DIRECTIONS
Preheat broiler to high.
Place shrimp close together in one layer
on a rimmed baking sheet.
Season lightly with
salt and pepper. Dot with Datil Butter.
Broil until shrimp are opaque and firm.
Serve shrimp hot with sauce formed by
butter and shrimp juices. Garnish with lime.
